Booking enquiries. When you send the form I get what you put in it: your name, a phone number or email, the idea, rough size, budget, when you're free, and your confirmation that you're 18 or over. If you came from a flash design, which one. If flash days are running and you claim a slot, I get your name, contact and the slot you picked.

Site usage. The site uses Vercel Analytics to count visits. It records the pages viewed, the referring site, the browser and device type and a rough location from your IP address. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.

Error reports. The site uses Sentry so I know when something breaks. If an error happens on a page you're on, Sentry gets the technical details and a replay of what that page looked like at the time, which can include anything you'd typed into the form. Normal visits with no error aren't recorded.

Replying to you, working out the piece and booking the appointment. Keeping the site up and fixing it when it breaks. That's it. No advertising, no profiles, and your details are never sold.

The site runs on Vercel, which hosts it and provides the analytics. Enquiries are saved in a database hosted by Neon and a copy is emailed to me by Resend. Error reports go to Sentry. Each of these processes data on my behalf under its own privacy terms. Nobody else gets your details unless the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for 12 months from the last time we talked, so I can pick the conversation back up if you come back. If you get tattooed, the consent form and appointment record are kept for as long as California's body art rules require. Analytics are counts with no name attached. Error reports are deleted by Sentry after 90 days.

Message @kobes.tattoos to ask what I hold about you, to fix it, or to have it deleted. I'll do that unless it's part of a tattoo record I'm required to keep. If you'd rather not use the form at all, DM me instead and nothing is stored on the site.

I don't tattoo anyone under 18 and the site isn't aimed at them. If a minor has sent an enquiry, let me know and I'll delete it.
